Right of withdrawal of the customer
When buying a product, you have a legal right of withdrawal. You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier has taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (such as a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached cancellation form. This is not obligatory. You can fill in and submit the withdrawal form or other clear declaration electronically via the contact form on our website.
If you make use of this option, we will immediately (e.g. by e-mail) send you an acknowledgement of your cancellation. In order to maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the cancellation period.
All RAL colours from the RAL 1000 to RAL 9000 series, as well as all colours specially blended according to the customer’s wishes, are produced individually for you. Therefore, you have no right of revocation and no right of refund.
Consequences of the revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you for this contract (excluding postage and any additional costs incurred) immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date we become aware of your withdrawal. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you. Under no circumstances will we charge you for this refund. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. This condition is fulfilled if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days. The cost of the return is at your expense. Any loss of value of the goods will also be at your expense.
