Epoxy Furniture Coating
Thanks to individual aesthetics and easy processing, epoxy resin furniture has become a new trend in interior design. With EPODEX’s epoxy resin you can build new furniture or create epoxy furniture coatings for older pieces of furniture. Epoxy resin tables and river tables are particularly popular. Epoxy Table
The best-known epoxy resin furniture is the table, whereas you have to distinguish between tables coated with resin to increase durability and river tables. Basically, you can coat all tables made of wood, concrete, stone or chipboard. With an epoxy furniture coating you increase the durability and the resilience of the tabletop.
For a table coating we recommend using EPODEX PRO crystal clear or in a colour of your choice. By using coloured epoxy resin you can change the look of your table and adapt it aesthetically when you redesign your living space, for example.
Epoxy Wall Shelf
Building a wall shelf is a good project for beginners. Basically, it works just like making a river table. The main difference are the smaller dimensions compared to a river table top and that you do not attach any legs, but mount it to a wall.
You can coat an old shelf with epoxy resin and thus make it easy-to-clean, scratch-resistant and durable. Apply a layer of EPODEX PRO to the clean surface of the shelf using a squeegee and allow the resin to cure before using the shelf again.
Epoxy Cabinet
You want to build your own epoxy resin furniture? It is also suitable for your cabinets or sideboards. Create cabinet doors with embedded objects, seal surfaces or use resin to create a colourful redesign – there are no limits to your imagination.
Seal your genuine wood cabinets with resin and make the wood durable for a long time and thus avoid regular, time-consuming wood care. A cabinet coated with epoxy resin is easy to clean and it looks permanently preserved, even without polishes!
Epoxy Chair
You can coat chairs with epoxy resin to protect them from stains, material abrasion and other strains. Thus, it is a very good choice especially for pubs and restaurants, public buildings or event halls, where the chairs are used above average and quickly show signs of wear and tear. Another advantage: Epoxy resin chairs can be cleaned very easily and hygienically. Apart from upholstery covers, you can basically coat every part of different kinds of chairs. To do this, apply EPODEX PRO to the chair with a squeegee or foam roller and work in intersecting movements to close all pores of the material. Make sure to use the chair only when the resin has cured completely.
